  • Beef & Guinness

    The people's favourite. Our signature and most popular pie.

    Chuck roast braised in Guinness and other nice things for a very, very long time. I am Irish so please just trust me this is absolutely yum. Try it once I promise you will like it!

    Perfect for one, or pair with mash and gravy to make it extra cosy.

  • Chicken, Leek & Bacon

    Never disappoints. The gateway pie for those non-believers.

    Chicken is sourced from a very nice butcher in Brooklyn, chunky bits of the best bacon in the world, brought together by a creamy leeky bechamel sauce.

    Perfect for one, or pair with mash and gravy to make it extra cosy. A nice bright, green salad would also be a wise pairing.

  • Potato, Confit Shallot & Smoked Cheddar

    Maybe my favourite pie. People always say how they don't expect the veggie to be that good but they love this one!

    Good spuds, yummy confit shallots and some other types of onions cooked in many ways. Really good smoked cheddar from Vermont. Tastes like a bag of Tayto.

  • Lamb & Rosemary

    Each month we have a new, seasonal pie. We chat to our butcher and the nice folks in the market to decide what's best that month and go from there.

    This month we have some beautiful Spring lamb with red wine and a heap of rosemary.
